These terms cover your use of kaptcho.com and the Kaptcho app. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kaptcho.

Your subscription

Kaptcho is sold as a monthly subscription on the Viremail Store. Billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are described in Subscriptions and refunds. You need an active subscription to use the app.

Your account and devices

You sign in with your Viremail account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. One subscription may be signed in on up to 2 computers and used on 1 at a time. Please do not share one subscription between several people.

Your work

You keep all rights in the videos, audio, images and projects you make with Kaptcho. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you edit.

Using Kaptcho

You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. The app is licensed to you under our end user licence agreement.

Our service

We work to keep Kaptcho and the website running well, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that remove something important.

Backups

Kaptcho autosaves and keeps earlier versions of your projects, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important media and projects.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business. Our total liability to you for anything connected with Kaptcho is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why where we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app or on the site before it applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also use your local courts.
