Stock libraries and credits

Search

In Shenron, open Media and choose Free stock. In Porunga, open the Stock tab in the Browser. Type what you are after, such as "ocean" or "city at night", and choose Video or Images. Each result shows which library it came from. For music, open Music and browse the Library.

Use something

Drag it onto the timeline, or double-click it. Kaptcho downloads it to your computer and keeps it with the project.

Credits

Hover over an item to see its credit, whether the licence asks you to credit the maker, and whether it is not for commercial use. Kaptcho keeps each item's maker and licence with your project.

When you export a video that uses stock, the Export window has two switches: Save the credits beside the video and End with a credits card. The credits file is saved next to the video. If an item is not for commercial use, the window tells you before you export.

Licences

Stock in Kaptcho is free to use. Some licences ask you to credit the maker. Read the licence if you are unsure.

Needs a connection

Searching and downloading stock needs the internet. Once something is downloaded, it works offline.
